Well everyone, this was the last day the incredible Charlie Roberts was tattooing in the studio- for now, anyway! We hope Charlie had a great time and we hope to see you very soon. In his place is the extremely talented Scott Banks, who has one or two spaces left until he leaves on the 7th. :) Furthermore, we now have ANOTHER guest joining us at the end of November- the wonderful Alan Aldred! More details on that to come!
Until then though, here’s something Charlie did on his last day. This is why Charlie Roberts is a legend in tattooing:
We also have some delightful news about our own Hayley Parkin- she’ll be in a book very soon! The book is called Death or Glory, and as soon as we know the exact details on how you can get one, we’ll let you know. For now though, here’s a sneaky peek:
Everyone also did a bit of work too last week, haha. First up, here’s a brilliant nurse Ian did yesterday on a fellow tattooer called Adam Caudill, from Northern Soul. It’s a little bloody but you can see it’ll be amazing when it’s healed.
Hayley started off this cool tattoo the other day as well. It’s beautiful, just the kind of lovely tattoo you’d want from Hayley. No one does a rose like Mrs Parkin.
Speaking of roses, here’s a healed one Hayley did a while ago. It’s always cool to show healed pictures, to show you all those tattoos stay put and look great forever! Sorry for the slightly blurry image, however.
Pencils have also been worn this week, as per usual! Here’s some ideas Paul has for amazing tattoos- if you want one, you’ll have to hurry: first come, first served.
Finally, Ian took the worst picture of a tattoo ever the other day. Honestly the worst. So bad, I don’t even feel the need to watermark it:
Thankfully, his customer Jake took a better one afterwards! Thanks Jake, you rock. This wonderful Fu Dog was shaded with the new machine Charlie gave Ian too, which just makes it even better.
Okay, that’s everything for now, but as always, we’ll be back on Saturday evening for you all! Thank you for reading.
