Okay, so we promised we’d show you some work from everyone on Saturday- now it’s time to deliver. This is kind of a show-and-tell post today.
First up, Ian’s been working a little more on this really cool half sleeve we’ve shown you before. This time, he added in lots of colour, really bringing out the owl in particular. We’ll share with you the finished tattoo when we can!
Hayley’s been drawing again! You’ll be able to see everything she’s done lately if you ask her in the studio (if she isn’t busy!) or on Facebook. However, this drawing you can see here- and it’s really cool. Hayley’s dying to tattoo this on someone, so if you like it pop into the studio to stick a deposit down on it. It is beautiful.
Siobhan and Lauren are still tattooing for the reduced rate of £30 an hour for a short time only! You should want in on this if you’re after something small and sweet especially. Here’s a butterfly Siobhan did during the week- this is the high standard our apprentices are up to.
For more artwork, here’s something Paul did just today. This painting is for sale, so hit Paul up for a price if you’re interested! If you tell me you wouldn’t want this in your bathroom or near your dressing table, or wherever else the ladies in your house like to take hours getting ready, you’re a liar.
Finally, here’s a tattoo from Dave. As anyone observing probably can tell, we’re all big fans of traditional stuff here at Inkslingers, and we like to think that shows. Dave can draw things like these in no time, so if he’s on walk in duty, you may want to take advantage of that. Of course, we’re all fully capable of adapting to other styles than traditional, as we’ve already shown you right here on this blog!
Tomorrow, Thomas and Shon are fully booked, which means the last day you can get tattooed from them will be Wednesday- if you’ve been sitting on the fence about getting tattooed, your last chance could be gone by the end of the night. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
Also, Ian is looking for someone who’ll be able to make us some t shirts for the shop. If you can, it’d be great if you get in touch- find out how through the “contact” page on this site.
That’s a wrap for today. You can check out more work and news on Saturday, as usual. Don’t forget, you can also check out Ian’s blog by clicking on the link to your right in the side bar.
