Hey everyone- it’s a lovely day to get tattooed! We’re all working hard, soaking up the sun and enjoying the time spent with our guests Thomas Morgan and Shon Lindauer. Yesterday, the guys had the day off from their guest spots, and despite being in our lovely city, went stir crazy about not working. These guys just can’t get enough of work! We’ve decided to be nice and let them tattoo every day, since they prefer this, so this means they’ll have some Sunday spots open for you all. Book in as early as you can to avoid any disappointment!
I know we said there’d be some work from Thomas and Shon on the page today, but unfortunately they still haven’t had the chance to upload anything yet, so please be patient!
In the mean time, here’s something lovely for you to look at- another brilliant tattoo from one of our apprentices, Siobhan. This is a Sailor Jerry design which Siobhan has tattooed wonderfully. The girls are still tattooing for £30 an hour and have loads of their own drawings to show off, so come down to the studio and take a look if you’re interested!
Ian also did this really great tattoo last week of an Indian lady (or is that Native American? I never know) to fill in some space on customer Darren’s arm. She looks lovely- you can really see why Ian gets asked to do a lot of tattoos of women!
As you’re probably aware, when everyone here isn’t tattooing, they’re usually found with a pencil and some paint in their hands! Here are some pieces that Hayley, Dave and Blake would love to tattoo on you. Since this is a custom studio and we don’t tattoo anything twice, these will be on a strictly first-come-first-serve basis, so you’ll have to hurry if you want these!
First up, Hayley’s had this painting for a little while now, and it’s pretty amazing that no one’s claimed it yet, because it’s beautiful. Someone needs to get this as a tattoo.
Dave also drew this the other day, and it rocks. Not many people seem to get tattoos of trains compared to the other “staple” traditional ideas, so this would be really nice for someone who’s after something a bit different.
Blake’s also been drawing again, and would love someone to buy this painting or book it in as a tattoo. Everyone should have at least one rose on them- why not get three and be ahead of the crowd? Haha.
Of course, everyone has loads of paintings and drawings they would love to turn into tattoos. If they’re not too busy when you pop into the studio, they’ll be more than happy to show you some- we’re confident you’ll love them and book something lovely in. Of course, you’re always welcome to come in with your own ideas, too!
On Saturday, we’ll be back, hopefully with some work from our guests and, as always, work from everyone else here at the studio. Have a good week, everyone!
